All bespoke requests are individually reviewed to ensure they meet our quality standards and can be executed to the highest level of craftsmanship. Personalisation options are available on selected products and will incur an additional charge.
Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed before production begins and availability is limited and subject to feasibility.

Production Time
Personalised and made-to-order items are prepared individually and may require additional processing time depending on the type of customisation requested. Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated once your order has been confirmed.
Important Notice
Personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer and are therefore non-returnable, except in the event of a fault or damage on arrival. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
